I admit I could have done better with this one. It's just that I have little idea how to modify the character given that the humans in Sonic games have a rather inconsistant design. The best I could do is make him more 'Eggman-ish', which i admit kinda defys the point.
The stats for Robotnik are based on those from the Archie comic. Cluck's are just a wild guess.

EDIT: (Jul 4th 2008) Refined slightly with better texturing via Photoshop (though the character itself is still in it's Paint format). My apologies for the constant edits but I'm a perfectionist and have lost interest in making constant seperate re-revisions of my work. if you truly think the Paint version is better I'll put it back in.

Whether he;s Robitnik I ir II * is rrelevant to me. I canceleld my sub with 145 ir so (Sally disowns Sonic). and all I know since were blurbs in various articles (such as the reboot if Mobvius' histiry.
Robotnik I started the mess but was erased in #50.
Robotnik II (from an AU) took his place about a year later.
